Birth of a Cicada

I was fortunate enough to come across a Cicada grub just emerging from the earth and climbing up a tree.

I spent the next four hours photographing the transformation.

Your pictures are very well done I really like them. I kept the page as one of my favorites to show my grandchildren. They love going camping and look for many insects. They really enjoyed your photos. Thank You.
