Mumbai

Well, I guess I'll only make this disclaimer once: In all the India galleries for the summer of 2007, I was only in each of the cities for about two days. Sometimes three. I don't normally travel like this but for some reason I don't think I can really explain, I did this time. It's been a bit exhausting, but fun. I saw a lot. I'm writing this from the lobby of the Taj Hotel in Varanasi where I am not staying, but where I came to be air conditioned and get wi-fi before descending back into the maelstrom of Assi Ghat. But this is Mumbai, a friendly, leafy, cool city. I liked Mumbai a lot.
