Interesting little place. Went here from Kampala, for an attempt at an independent assault on Queen Elizabeth National Park -- at which I failed. Then I headed up to the Ruboni Community Camp at the foot of the Rwenzori mountains.
They have lots of outdoor restaurants/bars and clubs. I sat outside for a couple hours one night. Saw these kids.
