Delhi was an interesting place, lots of faded red buildings, lots of cattle, lots of traffic. Connaught place, where the cheap hotels are, is nice, getting upmarket. There is a Barista and a TGIFridays, for instance. The new metro is really nice and i rode it a lot. The touts are unrelenting and can drive you a bit mad. I tried two strategies. Several times, when a friendly young lad walked up to me, I'd say, "No English: Polske!" or, when they'd say, "Hello friend, what is your country?" I'd say, "I come from Leave me Alone. Have you heard of it? It recently gained independence from Go Fuck Yourself." Neither strategy was particularly sucessful. I was only in Delhi for a few days, so, don't really feel qualified to say much about it.

You can acutally buy dysentery on the street. They package it in lovely ways.
There's a crafts museum, that I highly recommend. This craft looks very un-Indian
