A nice town in I guess the north west of Cambodia. Went there from Siem Reap. Didn't really know what to expect, but I ended up liking Battambang a lot. The temples were nice, the city was pretty laid back. A bit like Strung Teng, or Stung Treng, whichever it is, up by the Lao border, but with a bit more money. Nice sites around town to see as well.
