Went out to watch the sunset at the lighthouse at Ft. Casey on Whidbey Island.
It became evident to me today, that my emotional state and mood directly impact
my ability to make good images with the little black box I carry around my neck.
I was having a bad day, and I pretty much hated everything I came home with image wise.
So, why am I whining about this here? Just because it occurs to me that the majority
of good image making, at least for me, happens outside of the confines of my equipment...
It is not the camera, it is not the lens, rather it is the vision that I do or do not
allow myself to see. ;)
