Birth of a Shiner

I had broken my foot the day before... yet, in a quest for a photo of the perfect sunset, I continued with my outing. Clutching two cameras and my dog, I lost my footing on a rocky trail, and kissed the dirt. Not to worry though, the cameras survived unscathed.
