The Loup had a great sale on their season's passes.
I purchased mine (which is good for next year) at the
beginning of this month. If I added up what would have
been the cost of individual lift tickets... today is the first
day that my pass is completely paid for.

See???? Skiing for free!!! Today, and all of next year!
