Zoey the Westie 2001-2008

Zoey was my wife's "fur child." Cute, sometimes sweet and always stubborn. She was only 7
when she became ill. We spent four months trying to save her life, but in the end we had to let her go.

She was a wonderful little dog, expressive, happy and loving. I took hundreds of photos of her over the years, and loved
to pose her in hats and with other props. All and all, she was a pretty darn cooperative model. Sure she would try to escape
once in a while, but mostly she was patient, not an easy thing for a White West Highland Terrier. We sure miss her, but we
have many fond memories to fill the void in our hearts.

i LOST MY WESTIE, "WINGS", WHEN SHE WAS FIVE JUST9 MONTHS AGO. I MISS HER VERY MUCH. I HAVE ENJOYED ZOE'S PHOTOS, I'M SORRY SHE IS GONE. THANK YOU FOR THE BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS.

Zoey may be gone, but your photos of her brought me incredible joy tonight. Her spirit comes right across the screen and into my home while I look at so many wonderful images of this precious little white dog. Wish I could have met her.

I keep looking at westies on these websites remembering how sweet and lovable westies are. I have such a emptiness in my heart. I just had to let my baby (Snow) go. She got very sick suddenly and in three days her kidneys failed her .She gave me her last kiss and nibbled my ear and I held her as she left me. She was the best and I miss her so much. She spent eleven years with our family.

I am so sorry to read that Zoey as passed over to rainbow bridge such a heartbreaking time for you all i only know to well this heartache having lost our special little man Zac aged nearly 16 in July 08 you have lots and lots of beautiful phoot's and video's of Zoey and in time you will be able to share such special moments with laughter and happiness in remembering Zoey sweet dreams over in rainbow bridge Zoey xxxx Tricia (UK)

What a wonderful website! I've had my westie `Gizmo' for almost 15 years now, slowing down, but still likes to drag his toys around the house and go for walks. Such great companions, especially for our boys while they weregrowing up! Gizmo looks a lot like Zoey. Thanks again!- aurora, OH
