My studio setup includes an Alien Bees 800 monolamp, a Vivitar 283 flash mounted on a tripod with
a mini-lightbox on it, and a standard home work light with a quartz bulb.

Thanks so much for sharing this! I'm trying to set up a small studio and this helps so much! Does that treadmill ever get use? ;0) Just jokin! Debbi
