Dear Guest, you are misinformed. There is no law against taking photos on NYC subways - at least not yet. There is a proposed ban (nonsensical as it is), but it has not been enacted. The only ban at this time is on flash photography and the use of anciliary equipment, neither of which were used for this photo.

Are you aware that you broke the law when you photographed this train? Whether or not the law is right, since 9/11 such images are forbidden. Should you return, kindly respect the law and those of us that live here. Thank You.
