Thanks, Brian.....at first I didn't like this photo as well because the mountains in the background are hazy, but I think it does add to the color in the forground. I have come to like it more than some I have done with a clear background....it works like depth of field to highlight the colors. Appreciate your comment. steve
Great shot, Steve. I like how the field of view is compressed here - making
the distant blue mountains feel even more magnificant and in contrast to the
fall colors in the foreground. I see you also shoot with a Canon Powershot -
