Also contained within this gallery are images from the Sandy Point State Beach at the south end of Plum Island.

the merlins, snowy owls, and sailboat at sunset are spectacular! i haven't seen a snowy owl "talking".

photos 5577-5675 are of a Merlin and I think it's eating a Snow Bunting. Great photos.
