Very nice image. I would have liked to see some sign of life in it, a dog, cat or a person. That would have made it even better.

Call me a hopeless romantic, but after being raised in the colorless suburbs of the USA,looking at a picture like this makes me want to go there NOW. Even in b&w it has odor, texture & color... Nice work!

Guest 28-Sep-2005 13:58
Very interesting photo. I love the whole perspective of this photo and it makes me wonder what you can see at the end of the little alley and it looks like this alley have been through with a lot of stories or should I say history..
Guest 28-Sep-2005 13:21
The little alley belongs to a past, maybe better or worst than present time, anyway, to another age, where life was made with other purpose and scope. Here lived people, with drama, love, happiness, joy and despair. The topical tourist cross by and in simple way say, "Nice street" and jump to next tourist shop, without a thought for the place he was in.Sad, I feel sad. But am I right or wrong? According with the most cherished standards of the ever present Democracy- your legate to the world- I must be wrong. I´m in the minority.
Regards and congratulations,
jorge
