The Ce 6/8II, better known by its moniker "Swiss Crocodile" was a heavy-duty electric locomotive the SBB ( Swiss Federal Railways) developed for freight duty at the Gotthardt Pass. The model was introduced in 1919 and the last units were taken out of service in 1986.
