These lamps are the sturdy devices fastened by the
wing nuts in this series. The lamps are mounted on
a special police trailer, together with a portable
power generator. When needed, the officers can whip
off the wing nut fasterners, and the lamps can be
moved quickly to wherever they're needed, no
batteries necessary!
