I also like the top one...the bottom one would work better if you gave more emphasis to the sky..

I like them both, Silhouettes are nice, but on the top one you can see some of the side of the cliffs too, that one reminds me more of what this scene might look like to the naked eye, where the silhouette is what the camera sees.
