Thanks to the British film institute, I think I can
identify the person facing my uncle here as either
John or Roy Boulting.
They were a Twin brother producer-director team
responsible for much notable British cinema.
BTW, the film magazine is labeled "Shepperton Studios." I doubt they'd have shipped any of their Mitchells to the US, so it's probably a UK still, or maybe on the continent.
