"Sphere" - The WTC memorial now located in Battery Park in lower manhattan. This Sculpture was originally the centerpiece in the WTC Plaza. It was damaged in the Sept 11 attack, but survived destruction. It was placed on display as it was found.. If you want to see "sphere" in its original state, do a search above for 'WTC' many PBASE users have taken excellent shots of WTC pre-9/11 including 'Sphere' in the WTC Plaza Fountain.. Ignore the dates on the pictures, they were all taken March 2002 (Forgot to set the date on the camera - Oops!)
