 ARTIST'S STATEMENT

My love of photography is focused on seizing a transitory moment, a moment that will never again repeat. My photographic goal is share what I saw, what I felt, and what it mean to me. I do hope that my images are not only aesthetically captivating, but also truly engaging and provoke a reaction with the viewer. I can not draw, I can not paint, but I can express my feelings and emotions, my creativity, with another wonderful medium, the digital photography.
Recently I have decided to announce a new personal venture: "The World Heritage Photographic Project".  I am going to go, see, experience, process internally and photograph. Finally I am aimed at a creation of my own very personal vision. Vision is the art of seeing the invisible and I do hope that these images convey not only the beauty, unique mood and sublime magic of these places but will also express my vision. Vision is a message. Through this message I would like to share with you my particular way of looking at the world.

 PROCESS STATEMENT

I used exclusively digital technology since 2004. I was waiting for it for a long time, it was created and developed just for me.  This technology gives to me the means which fit well to my personality and help me control an entire creation process, starting from the shooting, going through complex digital post processing and concluding in printing the image. I love it :)   Recenttly I've came to the conclusion that using an old good film - from time to time - can be quite exiting and refreshing experience. Finally, after scanning the Velvia slides, I will end up with digital images anyway  :)

Each digital file is then enhanced and optimized in Adobe Photoshop to get the final image. I hand-print all images on Canon inkjet professional printers with the highest quality archival materials available to create art. I put an emphasis on highest possible quality and superior print longevity to be enjoyed for many years.

The prints are signed, stamped and numbered sequentially regardless of size on the verso of the print. Each print print is accompanied by relevant Certificate of Authenticity.
