Wanda03_12_04.jpg

We took today's photo by an old cabin. I thought it might be fun to make it look like an old yellow faded photograph.

Canon EOS 20D ,Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM
1/125s f/5.6 at 190.0mm iso200 full exif

Ok, I will confess! I was having difficutly posing for this image. The old cabin I am sitting in front of is in the city park and of course there were people milling about and cars driving by and I just couldn't block out the distractions! Bill was getting so frustrated with Me and My phobia of posing in a public place.

I recognize THAT look on My face. It is saying , "FINE, just take the damned picture already! I will sit here and feel like an idiot and try to smile. And that's the best you are going to get out of Me today!" (laffin) It's too bad My awful expression ruined an otherwise nice image.

I like the sepia tone but think the pose would be better with her legs a little more closed.
Just my opinion, heck, who am I to question your talents when it comes to portraits!!
Nice job, as always.

The post editing is excellent in this image Bill.

Great effect. You would have made a lot of money in the wild west, I think.

yeah I added some Gaussian noise to the image.

Oh curses! My photo showed up next to Wanda's in the PAD meta gallery, now no one is going to look at my goofy face when next to Wanda's. HEHE

Bill this is really cool. Did you add grain or noise to "age" this photo?

Can't look too yellow or faded with Wanda as the subject. :-) Nice job.
