1974 Porsche 911 RS 3.0 Liter - Chassis 911.460.9034

Serial Number 006 0001 > Replacement chassis for 911.460.9034 Gérard Méo, France

Chassis 911.460.9034 - Engine #: 684.0061 was first sold to Gerard Meo of France who raced the car in 1974 and 1975 Including Le Mans. Some time in late 1975 or, early 1976 the car was crashed heavily Meo built up a new car on replecement chassis 0060001. The orignal chassis was repaired and built back up by ,the Allmeras Brothers for "Segolen" Both cars competed in the 1976 24 Hour of Le Mans. Meo moved up to GrouP 5 and finished an astonishing 6th overall and 2nd in GrouP 5 behind the Martini FactorY 935 that was 4th overall "Segolen" finished 12th overall and 1st in the GT GrouP (Group 4) Both car. continued to race through the 70s in circuit race races tours, rallies and hill climbs IncludIng the Tour de France & Rally de Monte Carlo in '77.

Cette voiture vendue en 2015 a Amelia island à été expertisee par Mr john Starkey avec un historique de compétition de substitution car elle n en avait pas...

Cette voiture gris métal n'est en aucune façon le chassis 4609034 qui a été gravement accidenté en 1975 mais une coque de remplacement sans historique en compétition soit chassis 0060001 .Berjac.

911 460 9034 was rebuilt by the Almeras Freres of Montpelier, France in early 1976 and sold to Maurice Ouviere, not "Segolen" (He later on owned a similar car). We are currently restoring 911 460 9034 for it's owner, who has bought both this RS and it's replacement, 006 0001. I am still searching to try and find where 9034 was crashed in late 1975. I have been told it was at Dijon or Nogaro.

Hi Tony,

I don't know whether the Fuchs rim issue is still active.
Over here in Germany we have a specialist in Fuchs rims.
He buys standard Fuchs rims and does the welding and all the other necessary work to change the dimensions. Maybe have a look at his web site (www.felgen-service.de). I am sure he is shipping.
Prices are reasonable (compared to others). Quality is good.

Hi Tony! I'm also looking for 11x15 but the asking price I've seen have been out of this world (even for me that normally pay more than most).... : (

A set of NOS 9x15 and 11x15 were recently offered on eBay for around $10,0000 USD. I have two pairs of 9x15 but those are NOT for sale as I need them for my 914-6 GT and the 73' RSR. the eyes.I'm trying to build a 2.8 rsr and need to find some 9 & 11x15 Fuch rims
fake or real.
Can you help me in anyway or maybe point me in the right direction
