This is one of those shots that I'd seen in a postcard and was determined to see with my own eyes. It looks tiny in this photo but McWay Waterfall is 80 feet high, and drops directly on to the beach below. There wasn't a way to go down to the beach that I could see, so I had to be content to take in the scene from above.
