Your English is fine. Actually, this way is the most humane way of "helping" the bears get to where they must go for the winter...the shoreline to hunt for seals. They are only put into the jail if they wander too close to town. If you lived in town, you would be thankful you didn't have to worry about running into a bear the size of a small car with claws half a foot long when you walked out the front door.
