these bugs are awesome, i call them egyptian bugs because they look like ancient egyptian jewelry to me...
but these pictures of yours are the only ones i have found on the whole wide internet of this bug, with a name attached.

It's called a Watercress Sharpshooter - seems like a larger version of the Painted Leafhoppers in my macro section...
