feeling much better today went out for an evening ride around my local trails, every thing felt really dialled and good, i even geared up on the climbs and rode real well, strange to thing that the week previous i felt aweful and was suffering from dizzy spells, all i need is to loose some more weight and find some one who will love me and then i will truly be top of the world.
The adjustment from D100 to D200 is still going on, every time i pick it up i learn something new, now i realise just how in tune with my old camera i am, glad i decided to keep her round, it's workload is now reduced as it lives with a 70-200 attached for the long work at events which is a real bonus as it saves so much lens swapping mid race to get all the action, more tomorrow if i have time....well might ride again.
