A nice treat for me today, a bowl of ice cream woohoo, sadly i have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea, got to go for all the blood tests and have been referred to the local clinic for the final results and diagnosis, until then i have been told i have to eat as i would normally do so until the 7th my eating habits include ALLLLLL the good stuff.
After then it is back to being good.
