Friday SP time, glad some traditions are not totally lost in the PAD world, had to use one from my bike ride yesterday as i knew the weather would be awe full today.
Been fairly busy this past few weeks getting my self sorted out, made a few "life" choices with the aim of getting my health back on track, over weight, always tired and loads of nagging problems prompted me to get off my ass, this alone sadly has brought about it's own batch of problems from muscle pulls and flexibility issues to fatigue. I have set myself an initial goal of loosing 100lbs over the next 12 months, going to be tough but i know i can do it....well i have to do it for me, going to still do the SP Friday as much as possible and ill include my weight here as a marker for all to see.
Hoping to ride tomorrow weather man says it will be better....we will see.
