This Poor Bird

This poor bird hit the glass of our window, fell and passed out. My daughter heard the noise and ran out to resuscitate it by rubbing it gently. After a few minutes, it recovered but still could not fly. It hopped into our flower bed and we did not know what happened to it.

…and the bird flowed away, this is why you couldn’t find him later :)

You took advantage of a great opportunity. When I find a bird like this I put it in a dark box in a quiet place for awhile until it recovers. A few drops of sugar water can help before you release it. Anyway, great close-up detail. Voted.
