How high can you top it up?

The Mongolian Grill all-you-can-eat concept has NO SECONDS. You top up your bowl with raw ingredients as much as you can and the cook dump all the ingredients on the large hot plate and cook the meal for you.
Note how skillful the lady is in piling up ingredients into one single bowl.
