I bought the Olympus PEN E-PL2 to take landscape photos. The landscape photos do turn out well focused overall for a non-dslr. (Yes, I know they are not as sharp as a dslr.) I had problems adjusting the color to where colors appear as I see them. The first ten photos were taken using auto white balance.
I've discovered that I don't like the results when using auto white balance. I've never had a problem with this setting before with other cameras. Sometimes the photos turn out with a pinkish-brown coloration I don't like and the greens turn out very dull, almost a grayish-green. So now I am setting white balance manually - sunny, shade, cloudy, etc. Hope that works.
