This is the crown of the 15 gallon aloe helenae. I'm not certain if its rooted in yet. It does appear to have gotten a little fatter. NOTE: This crown cutting did root in and was doing well until it got aloe mite late in 2008. In January 2009 I cut the crown back again...that part of the plant appeared okay. Hopefully, it is free of aloe mite. Luckily this helenae does pup and I have a couple other healthy plants.
