Boojum was a Bluepoint Siamese. He was the nicest cat I ever knew. As he grew older he became very gentle and got along quite well with other cats. When we had the cats in the 'cat aviary' (a bird aviary turned into a cat run which led to a kitty door to the house) he was the one who always led the breakouts. He'd force a way through the aviary wire and him and all the other kitties would get out. Though one time when the family was away he broke out and was hit by a car. The femur was broke near his hip and after it healed he always limped. He never broke out again after that.
