In the late 1800's, a royal blue coda stone ring crossed the Atlantic from Germany with a family who took the name of Peters. It was given to a teenage girl who changed her name to Carole Lombard, who, ring on hand, went to Hollywood. Carole became the highest paid and most sought after actress of her day, but the coda payment became due when she turned 33.
