These photos were taken at 3 different shows...

1)November 16, 2002 @ Mod Lang Records in Berkeley, CA. A free afternoon show in a record store. The Electric Prunes also played. This was a rare opportunity to see the band up close and personal. Both bands played full sets and mingled with the crowd. I brought my stepkids, who were were 8 and 10 at the time. They sat up front, and David Aguilar was a most gracious host.

2)November 16, 2002 @ The Great American Music Hall, San Francisco, CA. Also featuring The Electric Prunes and local band Oranger. Cyril Jordan of Flamin'Groovies fame joined Oranger for a few songs. It was a night of incredible sounds and sights. You should have seen Tim Abbott playing the sitar! As I'm not too fond of clubs anymore and we were also very tired from a long day, so I didn't take too many pictures.

3)July 4, 2004 @ FreedomFest in San Jose, CA. This was the city's official Independance Day celebration. Other bands included Fastball, Butterfly Boucher, and Lady Bo (Bo Diddley's ex-wife). CWB played later in the day, and the crowd was huge! Their set included covers and originals, and even a handful of recent tunes. After the show, the band stopped to chat with press and fans.
