There is an egret rookery in the heart of Dallas near Southwestern Medical Center, Children's Hospital and Parkland Hospital.
Surrounded by busy highways, wailing ambulances and helicopters flying in, here is an oasis with many egrets and other birds flocking to the site.
This time of year it will get quite busy as nests are built and chicks take flight.
