Rice Pudding

This is an old-fashioned dessert that our mothers and grandmothers used to make.
Some like a firm rice pudding that is baked in the oven, but I prefer a creamy rice pudding.

I like to add sultanas or prunes & bake in the oven...nutmeg on top is a must have.
