A French Love Affair

It all started innocently enough. A first trip to France... an overseas vacation.
We planned our itinerary, booked our transportation and lodging, and began what was to become a love affair with the country, it's people, the food and wine, and the general "joie de vivre".
From this we have developed a passion for the beautiful French countryside, villages and markets and have returned again and again.

All photos in this gallery were shot before using digital photography. They represent why we have come to love France so much. We have developed close friendships and have been treated so well in our travels.
We thank you all who have made our experiences so memorable, and we look forward to returning again to continue our French love affair.

Looking at this gallery has brought back lots of great memories of France. It is a beautiful country and I wanted to move there after our first visit. The States should take some lessons on zoning laws and get rid of all the ugly billboards on our highways. Our country is pretty, too, but has become too cluttered with trashy verbiage. Gorgeous work!
