This male was at 1133 Alsup Mill Rd. He sang from the far trees down the hill and up by the buildings near the road, incl in front of the house. It foraging up a tree trunk like a creeper at one point. The landowner told us the nest was in his shop. She must have built when doors were open all day, but he has things closed up now. However the bird scooted in under one of the doors that didn't close tight. Nest has 5 eggs. We did not see a female.
