Xiuzhen Wang was born in Heze, "the home of peony", China, and currently resides
in Ottawa, Canada. Ms. Wang has chosen traditional Chinese painting as a major
part of her life since 1990. She uses peony as well as other kinds of flower and birds
to express her understanding about nature and life. Ms. Wang had been working
in education and art work collection before 1990.
