Hi, I saw you ask a question a couple years ago and I didn't see and answer. I'm hoping you got it sorted out as I'm in the same exact situation.

"This last weekend, I just finished installing an H701 processor and PDX4.150 amp in an '05 STI. Everything works great, but I wasn't able to get the Terk XM Direct Satellite radio working properly."

I also have an Alpine W200 and H700 processor and my XM tuner does the same as yours did. I shows the station info, but no sound.

Any ideas?
Thanks

Hello James,

I've been perusing your posts regarding the LPG 26 & Seas front components, and am curious how far that has progressed, and where it is now. I have a pair of tweeters acquired from a Vifa factory visit in the early 90's that may be early prototypes of the lpg 26na's, but ended up using scan speak 2905/9300s for my current system, now I'm looking forward to doing something good with these in a 2K corolla, with a panasonic 3305 head unit solo. Anything you can send my way in suggestions or other would be appreciated.

Thanks, Rob

Hello James,
I also found your website through Odyclub (I am a new member, but not new to Odysseys, I have an 01'.) Your work has inspired me to take the plunge, after doing a simple aftermarket stereo install when I bought it new, to completely gut the interior and install RAAMmat throughout. I plan on installing Dayton Audio drivers throughout, and noticed that you used a shielded version of their 5" studio monitor driver. I was planning on getting a pair to squeeze into the rear factory locations. After hearing them in home audio, do you have any suggestions for or against them? I also plan on putting the 7" drivers in the front doors since I suffer from a lack of bass after installing Polk EX drivers, although the two 10" Dayton studio subs in a console enclosure should help with that (I am going with a different variation of what you did.) Anyway, please drop me an email if you have the time, I would really appreciate any advice you can give me. Tomorrow I plan to build "templates" for the front doors. Thanks for posting all of your mods, you have been a great help.

Hey James,
Glad you enjoyed the pcitures. Stills lots of work left to do on so many projects!! Since I learn so much on the net (esp. through forums), I find it likewise rewarding to share what I do. Very little activity from me on Odyclub lately, but that's because I've got an "Old" '01 now. :D
Take Care!

shinjohn,

Found your website from odyclub.com. Enjoyed looking through the pics of your different projects around your house as well as the one on the ody. The jungle gym and the storage shed look just awesome. Thanks for sharing them.

Hey Jeff,
Always good to hear from you too, and glad you liked the pictures! When the opportunity arises, yes, we should definitely hook up at a meet! Until then, see you on the forum.

Hey Shinjohn,

Nice web site-you have done a great job of documenting your work, all of which looks great. I'm glad we have been able to reconnect on Odyclub-I should get off my butt and come meet you at the next SoCal or NorCal meet so we can swap war stories. See you on the forum.

Hello:

I found your web-site from Odyclub.com. I have a white 2000 EX myself w/ fogs lights, bra, mud guards, and cross bars. i've been wanting to change my head unit but what happens with the stereo controls on the steering wheel. is their an interface for this if you change to an after market radio. it's good to know there are Ody enthusiasts out their like me.
