Superb shot! Briliant bg and great colour combination! V!
I have a real soft spot for Wrens and Robins. We get lots of Eastern Yellow Robins and I recently saw my first Flame Robins and Red Capped Robins. Alas not a Scarlet yet. They look similar to but a bit darker than a Flame Robin. Excellent capture!
Beautiful! Must be the season for these guys, I shot my first Flame Robin on the weekend. They are just so delightful to watch.
very nice and fine shot
Love the simplicity and dof on this one. V
Excellent shot and great background. Vote
superb, so sharp and you got great seperation from the bg too.
A perfect subject - it's even on a plinth! GMV
such a pretty bird, not as fat as our robins!
Very good focus. What a powerful lens. :-)
Addition; i am still live don't afraid .

Lovely shot, and what a beautiful bird. Stands out great against that background.
Between you and Tom and Herb with that 100-400 I'm getting lens envy again.
Striking detail Sheila
Just beautiful, Sheila. I love the simplicity here, that gives this bird all the place it needs... A perfect shot.
Nice capture of a pretty looking robin. I've never seen one before. Nice clean background and setting .GMV.
Beautiful bird. Excellent shot! Of course, a male. Show off!!!
Wow - its years since I've seen one of these! Fantastic shot Sheila! V
