Oct 20. White water

Today it's a quiet part of the Avon river near Perth. Scene of the annual
white water race which draws national and international competitors.
This is near Bell's Rapids where competitors have to lift their boats and rafts
over the deadly rocks.

Beautiful rich Oz colours & such a peaceful looking spot, hard to realise there's rapids nearby. Tree on the left has a bit of a lean up :)
