Love this country, have just returned from a couple of weeks stay at Leonora myself, starting to get a bit warm out that way now. Reached 40 C a couple of days! V

It does look inhospitable. Still, a wonderful scenic of arid and rugged land which has its own beauty.

A harsh deserted landscape... had a fire been through or is the vegetation sunburnt from the heat even this early in spring?
