That's Lucky Diamond Rich, the most tatooed man in the world. I've met him a few times at the London Tattoo Convention. Really funny and approachable guy but had a go at me for taking a picture of him at the recent convention.

I've put the camera down again and won't be going back to anymore conventions (i'm getting such thin skin these days.... :-) )
