Yep, got them muddy at last - well the soles anyway!
You may notice it says 'neutral' on the sole. Running shoes have got very high tech these days.
When I ran 20-25 years ago I just had plain old Nike trainers (as cheap as I could find them!)
Nowadays you have to find out what type of shoes you need - stability, performance, minimalist or neutral.
So I plucked up courage and went for gait analysis - and fortunately am neutral - so those shoes I was using years ago must have been the correct ones!
