15 March: Dirty Running Shoes

Why do they usually come in white!
I've just worked out I've had these 5 years - not that I've been running in them all the time during those 5 years - just on and off.
However, if I am to take this running seriously they do really need replacing and guess what?
They are about the same price as replacing the two front tyres on my car! Hmmm...

That's progress. They replace leather with a nylon mesh that lets the water in and charge you for the priviledge :)

They look ok to me, save the money for something else, great details.

Thats expensive! Look forward to a pristine shot of the new ones. v

They look sparkling to me. I'm no runner so I'd stick with the tyres and travel in comfort.

I'm just impressed that you go running...! Anything more than a sedate amble, and I'm struggling, nowadays.... Lovely detail... (and I've seen worse...).

Were they white? More like shades of grey.
