I saw this tree this morning while out running and thought that it looked good against the blue sky.
Now did that sound as though running is something I do as a matter of course? Well it isn't!
Laura has decided that she wants to do a 10K this year and thinks that I should do it with her.
"Erm Okay", I said, thinking that September might give me enough time to get fit but she said no - March!
Well we will see, but I did do 3K around the block, without stopping, this morning. I suppose that is a start.
