I took this photo outside the Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach, CA a couple of years ago. No cameras are allowed inside so I wasn't able to take pictures of the different artist's and their wonderful works of art that were on display. I used the following Dynamic Plugins: Equalize, Posterize and Liquid Metal (used all of the maps and applied them with the rain option). Last of all, from Effects I used Woodcut to get this final image.
