Opened a new canvas, painted on it with Chalk, Square Brush variant. Added Kalidescope paper I made, then lowered the opacity of the paper so it would barely show through the chalk painting. Added a copy of the original image of the Petunias, changed the hue and applied the Dynamic Plugin - Glass Distortion. Used the rectangular selection tool around the petunia picture and used the Paint Bucket to add a frame.
